AGRA AND TAJ MAHAL

A Walk to Taj Mahal form the Agra Railway Station from Aurngabad en way to Delhi.

Taj Mahal is one of the finest examples of Mughal Architecture.This is located in Agra, Just four hours from Delhi. There are many other attractions near Taj like A fort and a bird sanctuary. Please note there wil be a long queue every day except on Mondays (The ASI Sites remain closed, but you can get Permit to visit directly from ASI). I was more interested in shooting which were there behind the taj, along the bank of Yamuna river.

HOW TO REACH>

Taj is easily accessible from any part of India. The taj is bit far from the railway station ( Agra Contonment ). You can either walk, or get a rickshaw. The rickshaw walas will take you all around the town on a lower tariff, if you ensure that you enter the handicrafts shops. Refer below to see the Maps.

Of course Taj is one of the Most Beautiful scenes In Agra. As I got only half day time in Agra, I was not able to cover all portions of Agra. But beyond Taj, there are many other Attractive sights in Agra.

SIGHTS> SCULPTURES

There are a lot of sculptures and Art works in Taj Mahal which are very Beautiful. But of course the hell lots of people who visit Taj, will not allow you to do that in Peace, but still it is Good.

SCENES> STRUCTURES ON EITHER SIDE

The red structures on either side of the taj is another beauty. There are very fantastic sculptures and designs on the walls.

SIGHTS>BIRDING

The most enjoyable part of my trip was the birding behind Taj. there were lots of Birds along the Yamuna Bank and It was Awesome. I was able to Shoot the full Mating scene to 2 Parrots, Just behind the Taj,

SCENES > PARROTS

This is the most amazing scene scene I Got form Taj,  The Private family life of 2 Parrots. Even they could Identify the Meaning of Taj.
