A well established Ayurvedic Hospital near Kuttikkanam is well known for it Ayurveda methods of treatments.I t has an unit manufacturing Ayurveda medicines. More than 400 varieties of rare endangered herbs are preserved here in an area of around 35 acres. Founded in 1982 ,it produces wide range of genuine ayurvedic medicines. It is available through more than 300 retail outlets in Kerala.

There are many hotels in which Ayurveda is performed in Kumily and Ayurveda gardens where medicinal plants are grown in a large scale.
